We have two new merch items available for you now! A few months ago, I was working on a cute painting of two cats while I was also doing everything in my power to try to get an application for a property I wanted to rent, approved. We had a suspicion that they might be making it difficult for us to get approved because they didn’t want to house our Emotional Support Animal, Rosa. We never knew for sure what their motive was for putting up so many road blocks, but the experience of having your disability, and a cat who is very responsible for your daily well-being, potentially as a motive for denying us a home we wanted very much, was crushing. To honor Rosa’s importance to us, we decided to call this painting “Emotional Support Kitties” since they are a comfort to one another.
